After a week, they give me a first draft that looked like a 5th grader wrote. There were errors everywhere, and thing were all mixed up. On top of all that the template they used was a template I almost used when I was thinking about writing the resume myself. They are not certified writers like they claim. They took the template off of the same website I did and followed the directions for that template that was given on the website. I know because the same exact words were used that the template's webiste suggested. I give them a 0 out of 10. BEWARE do not use them. I am now waiting my refund after I demanded it from them.
