From The Website:
"Unlike the resume mills (companies churning out resumes
by the thousands every day), we do not subcontract or outsource. All our work is done
in-house by professionally certified resume writers and career coaches. We employ full-time
staff. "

Top notch writers lead the list of reasons to consider Resume Corner.com. Each holds a minimum of a Master's
Degree (yes, a Master's Degree) and significant industry-specific expertise, as well as the expected
professional certification. No resume software or templates are used: each resume assignment is a custom job. Up
front pricing, straight forward guarantee, and a wealth of career resources top out that list.
While not all smooth sailing (jump to what we didn't like), the high level of
writing talent is likely the reason behind the following statistic: 80-90% of all their business comes in the
way of referrals from satisfied clients.
Here's How It Works
Place your order, selecting a stand-alone resume or resume package (including cover letter). You'll be asked to
attach a current copy of your resume, or otherwise send in your career history.
Once your order is received, a certified resume writer on staff will subsequently contact you and arrange for an
in-depth telephone interview--gathering information on your background, accomplishments and strengths. Expect a
full hour of one-on-one consultation.
A draft resume is prepared and submitted to you via email for your approval. Evaluate the work, ask questions,
and request any changes or corrections. Once finalized, your resume will be sent to you via email in 3 formats: as
a Microsoft Word document, as a PDF file, and in an ASCII format (Internet ready).
Resume Corner.com guarantees you'll receive one or more interviews within 30 days, or they will re-write the
resume at no charge.
Here's What We Liked
-
Top notch talent. All writers have at least a Master's Degree in addition to
industry-specific experience and the requisite resume writer certification. And your writer works
one-on-one with you throughout the process.
- Sample resumes made available on their website demonstrate expert writing and excellent
organization and layout. We liked what we saw.
- Exceptional value. Given the level of talent brought to bear on each resume project, and the
resulting quality of the end documents, we find the company's pricing to be quite the value.
- Three free formats. You won't need to worry about converting your resume from one format to another.
Microsoft Word, PDF and ASCII have you covered completely in the career marketplace.
- 30-Day Interview Guarantee. Receive an interview within 30 days, or they'll revise your resume at no
charge.
- Included with all resumes and resume packages: free 'thank you' letter and reference list.
And Here's Something You Don't See Every Day...
- Free resume critique. Don't know why your current resume isn't generating interviews? Email it to
the company and receive a professional evaluation and valuable feedback -- free of charge.
But Here's What We Didn't Like
- No record with the Better Business Bureau; good, bad or otherwise. While there are legitimate reasons that
a company might not be on the BBB's radar, and while having no record with the BBB is not -- in and of
itself -- a bad thing, it does leave us a bit in the dark. And when you're in the dark, one tends to
put weight on any little bit of light. For example...
- Customer service issues, as expressed in comments posted on the Web. Especially troubling: complaints
of long waits for the finished product as well as inattentive customer service. While Web complaints
need to be taken with a grain of salt, it does give us pause. We'll monitor going forward.
Resume Corner.com Review - The Wrap Up
Established in 2000, ResumeCorner.com claims more than 5000 satisfied customers and zero complaints. We can
believe it, given the talent behind the writing, their straight-forward guarantee of interviews, and their public
pronouncement: "we work till you are happy."
While prospective customers need to be aware of some reported customer service issues, reasonable
pricing and a 30-day interview guarantee help the company garner our recommendation for those serious
about improving their chances in landing key job interviews and competing in a crowded marketplace.

The cover letter was not really good, way too long. I would avoid them! They didn't understand my job.
Don't waste your money,

The cover letter they provide is terrible. Its so boilerplate that I would feel like an idiot sending it to anyone.
I would avoid these folks.
